Laura Aldana is the founder of Bloom & Blossom Social Hub, a Southwest Florida-based marketing and community development company helping businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders become more visible, tell their stories authentically, and build meaningful connections both online and throughout their communities.

With an educational background in communications, Laura brings together her experience in social media strategy, public relations, digital marketing, community engagement, bilingual communications, event promotion, and relationship building to create marketing that goes beyond simply posting content.

Education is also an important part of the Bloom & Blossom mission. Laura develops and facilitates marketing, branding, social media, visibility, and storytelling workshops designed to give business owners, nonprofit leaders, boards, and community organizations practical tools they can immediately put into action. She also speaks to professional and community groups on building authentic connections and using digital platforms with greater confidence and intention.

Laura believes that visibility creates opportunity and authentic connection creates impact. Through Bloom & Blossom, she helps clients uncover the story behind their brand and translate it into strategic content, reels, social media campaigns, Google visibility, public relations, and community-focused marketing.

Her commitment to community extends beyond her business. Laura serves on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Southwest Florida and on the Executive Board of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) Palms of Edisonia Chapter as Secretary for 2026–2027. She is also an active speaker, community advocate, and connector throughout Southwest Florida.

Laura has been recognized as an ABWA Protégé Award recipient, a Women of Distinction Leading with Kindness honoree, and a Latin Times Líderes honoree for her leadership and community involvement.
